"Yeah, yeah," Eddie says, flapping his hand at the two of them. He still doesn't get it, but it's definitely undeniable, the way they look at each other. Maybe he'd thought Nancy Wheeler was in love with Steve, but whatever he had seen in her eyes, it hadn't looked anything like this.

Maybe they're all just a little bit more grown up now.
